Student user ID and password
Students are issued with a username and password when they start school, based on their student number. This user ID and password combination can be used to login to the school's computers, Moodle, and ManageBac. It is also used to generate the student's email address.

In other words, one user ID/password combination gives the student access to school computers, the school network, our virtual learning environments, and through their Gmail account, a Google Drive, Google Docs, and YouTube account.
Lost passwords
Passwords can be retrieved or re-set by coming to Room 324 to see Mr .Frater.
Family email addresses and passwords
Students are expected to tell their parents their school password, so that parents can share their son or daughter's access to the school Moodle and ManageBac systems.

However families are issued with a separate soismail address and password when they join the school. This enables the school to send confidential emails to parents when necessary.

Passwords can be retrieved or re-set by contacting Mr . Frater (see the 'SOIS IT Support Team' page for ways to contact me).
