School Servers: Students

Student files are stored on two main servers on the school network:
Files shared by teachers, or that students are collaborating on, are found on the 'Fuzuki' server, in the 'Courses' directory.

Files created by each student are saved by default on the 'NAS01' server, in the directory with the student's own ID number.

School Servers: Teachers
Sharing files with students
Teachers can share files with students on the Fuzuki server, through the 'Courses' directory. If you, or your students, have any difficulty reading or writing files in this directory, please see the Tech Support staff who will check the folder access permissions for you.
Tech Support staff can also make additional folders in this directory on request.

Sharing files with other teachers
The 'Shared Res' directory on the Fuzuki server includes department and work group specific folders that only teachers can access. It includes folders for OIS, for SIS, shared SOIS folders, agendas and minutes of meetings, etc.

Accessing schedules and course registration
Go to the Satsuki server to access teacher and student schedules, and class enrollment information. Go to 'satsuki/dans/kis/' and select either KyomuInfoE for English, or KyomuInfoJ for Japanese databases.
